KEY2DIGITAL provides IT services, 3D visualization, and digital marketing services under separate written project agreements.
3. Payments
Fees, payment schedules, and refund terms are specified in each project agreement. Invoices are payable within stated terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including branding, code, and creative assets, is owned by KEY2DIGITAL unless otherwise noted. Project deliverables transfer according to each signed agreement.
5. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and are happy to sign NDAs prior to engagement.
6. Limitation of Liability
KEY2DIGITAL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable law.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by the terms of each individual project agreement.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KEY2DIGITAL is registered.
